App and operator
This policy covers Placemory, a SYS Studio product for organising belongings, storage locations and related home tasks. Data enquiries: support@sysstudio.app. General enquiries: contact@sysstudio.app.
Data used by Placemory

Device permissions
You can decline or revoke permissions in system settings. The related features may then be unavailable. Revoking a permission does not itself delete data already saved.
Local mode and network services
Local spaces are stored on your device. Contacting network support, using cloud mode or sharing an export are separate actions in which the relevant data leaves local storage.
Cloud functions use server services and authentication mechanisms. Voice input depends on the device speech service. Intelligent support requests may be processed by automated systems and AI services; do not include secrets or unnecessary personal information. Active providers and any use of requests to improve answers must be disclosed in the final edition before the relevant service is enabled.
We do not sell personal data. Disclosure to service providers is limited to operating the selected feature, support and security. Disclosure may also be required by a binding legal obligation.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you delete them or clear app storage. Trash and backups may contain separate copies; exported files need separate deletion.
A server-data deletion request must identify the account and scope. It includes related personal records and support requests. Data required by law or for security and dispute resolution may be retained in a limited form outside ordinary use. The specific basis, scope and duration of any exception will be explained when handling the request. Fixed request-processing, backup expiry and log-retention periods have not yet been established in this pre-release draft.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction or deletion of personal data, restrict processing or object to it. You may withdraw consent for optional processing. Where necessary, we request the minimum information needed to verify ownership. Do not send passwords or one-time codes.

Security, children and changes
Protect your device and keep backups in a safe location. Exports may contain photos, documents and home details; share them only with trusted recipients. No storage or transmission method eliminates every risk.
Placemory is for general use and is not positioned as a children’s service. Do not add information about others without an appropriate basis. If processing practices change, we will update this page and its date; required notices and consent must precede the relevant processing.
